Rosewood Circle - Requests for Proposal

Syracuse Habitat for Humanity (SHFH) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the Project and Scope described in the below Requests for Proposal (RFP) for the construction of Habitat homes for the Rosewood Circle New Construction Project.

This is a HUD Section 3 Project with contracting priorities for businesses that hire or are owned by low-income persons and/or public housing and Section 8 residents.
