• Your contribution of building materials, contractor or professional services, or other services can help Syracuse Habitat for Humanity build safe, decent and affordable homes for hardworking, low income families
• Each year, we need enough materials and services to build three houses. This includes materials such as lumber, insulation, doors and windows, and services such as dry wall finishing, plumbing, and electical. Your contribution of materials as wall as contractor and professional services helps us keep our houses affordable.
• We can also use donations of professional services in the office. Donations of printing, advertising, legal, technology and other services makes it possible for us apply more of the funds we raise toward home construction.
• In addition to the satisfaction of knowing that your donation of materials or services builds homes for deserving families, your donation may be tax deductible. Syracuse Habitat for Humanity can provide you with a donation letter which you can use at tax time.
• Contributed supplies and services must fit Habitat's current house design and meet code, quality, and appearance standards.
